Title : Manager, IT CRM

Location : Mid-Atlantic Region (Onsite)

Employment Type : Full Time

Compensation

Pay Range : $91000-$130000 / Yrs

Description

  • Lead the strategic and operational management of CRM platforms.
  • Spearhead the transition to a next-generation CRM solution.
  • Drive transformation initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Guide a team through significant technological change.
  • Act as the primary liaison between IT and key business units.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary IT owner and subject matter expert for CRM platforms.
  • Develop the roadmap for CRM platform transition, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Oversee ongoing operation, support, and enhancement of existing CRM environments.
  • Lead the end-to-end planning, selection, design, and implementation of new CRM platforms.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of current and future business needs.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Define and oversee data migration strategy, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5-9 years of IT experience, including 5 years in CRM systems leadership.
  • Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering large-scale IT projects.
  • Experience with other major CRM platforms is a significant plus.
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices pertaining to business information.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
