Project Engineer II (Poultry Processing)

Primary Purpose :

Lead engineering, design, and project management initiatives within poultry processing facilities, ensuring timely and on-budget delivery of high-quality projects.

Major Duties & Responsibilities :

• Collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners (architects, engineers, contractors) to develop clear project scopes aligned with customer needs.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to Project Engineer I team members.
• Conduct detailed research, engineering, and design to develop effective project plans.
• Manage and oversee construction, renovation, and project activities from initiation to completion.
• Enforce and promote strict adherence to safety standards and policies throughout all project phases.
• Deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget, providing regular status updates and reports.
