Job Description

Position Summary

Provides executive leadership for Ecosave’s energy infrastructure and performance

contracting portfolio, ensuring guaranteed savings, profitability, and client service excellence

across all programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee portfolio of major ESCO and infrastructure projects ensuring all performance

guarantees are achieved.

  • Negotiate contracts and partnerships to optimize commercial outcomes.
  • Manage portfolio-level P, ROI, and savings validation metrics.
  • Represent Ecosave at executive client and industry forums.
  • Develop strategic KPIs, benchmarks, and continuous improvement programs.
  • Mentor senior leaders to drive negotiation and leadership excellence.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Finance; MBA or PE

    • preferred.

  • 15+ years managing large-scale ESCO, energy, or infrastructure portfolios.
  • Proven expertise in performance contracting and project finance.
  • Strong record of stakeholder engagement and client leadership.
  • Demonstrated success in delivering guaranteed energy savings.

    • Key Skills

  • Advanced negotiation and strategic influence across executive stakeholders.
  • Deep financial acumen in risk, modeling, and profitability analysis.
  • Executive-level communication and decision-making capability.
  • Proven ability to drive alignment around client and performance outcomes.
