Descripción del trabajoEducational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent At least 3 year of experience in janitorial services Drivers license and your own vehicle to drive to various sites. Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment Must know how to use a flat microfiber mop on LVP flooring. Must be able to vacuum steps. Excellent stamina and physical health Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic Must have a mobile phone to receive your schedule through ADP, and to send before and after photos Must send text to supervisor when you start work and when you finish work. Must also clock in and out at the work location through the ADP mobile app Work begins at 7 : 00 PM

Job Summary
Were looking to hire a hard-working Residential Cleaner who can maintain the cleanliness and safety of our building. Youll be responsible for all cleaning duties including vacuuming, mopping, scrubbing restrooms with soapy water, in addition to maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs and emptying trash. The ideal candidate has a great work ethic, experience with cleaning equipment and supplies, and takes pride in a job well done.
Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building
- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, scrub restrooms, dust furniture, and empty trash cans daily
- Take trash with you.
- Clean windows, shampoo carpets, replace light bulbs, supply restrooms, and perform minor repairs on a regular basis
- Wipe up spills and other hazards with sponges and squeegees
- Secure the building by locking doors once cleaning is complete
- Write reports of areas cleaned and notify the manager of major repairs
