Descripción del trabajoMinimum 2 years of experience managing commercial insurance accounts Active Michigan Property & Casualty Insurance License Strong organizational and customer service skills Experience with AMS360 preferred 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Life and disability insurance Paid time off Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 30 PM In-person at our Eastern Michigan office Salary commensurate with experience Full-time position with comprehensive benefits

Eastern Michigan Agencies Inc is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial insurance coverage and a proven ability to manage and grow client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and develop new business opportunities
- Manage an existing book of commercial insurance accounts
- Serve clients of all sizes with exceptional customer service
- Multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and colleagues
- Listen attentively and address client needs
- Negotiate coverage and terms when necessary
- Process endorsements, audits, and claims accurately
