We are seeking motivated individuals to join our remote life insurance sales team. Whether you're new to insurance or a seasoned pro, we provide everything you need to succeed : live-transfer leads, high commissions, and no cold calling.

What You Get :

Work Schedule :

Monday - Thursday | 11 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM EST

Flexible schedule outside those hours for follow-ups is recommended.

This is a 1099 position with 100% commission. Commission pay is based on individual performance.

Responsibilities :

  • Work leads including inbound or live transfer leads
  • Close pre-screened leads via phone
  • Accurately submit applications through our digital system
  • Follow up with leads that don't close immediately
  • Maintain professionalism, integrity, and compliance

    • Qualifications :

  • Must be self-motivated, reliable, and coachable
  • Life Insurance License (or willing to obtain)
  • Comfortable working fully remote and handling inbound calls
  • Basic computer skills and phone etiquette
  • Excellent communication and follow-up ability
