Responsibilities

As a Restaurant Manager, youll play a key role in leading a multi-million-dollar operation focused on :

  • Driving sales and profitability
  • Ensuring operational excellence and guest satisfaction
  • Recruiting, training, and developing team members
  • Leading by example to achieve business goals and performance targets
  • Supporting local restaurant marketing initiatives

    • Qualifications

    Were looking for leaders who :

  • Have 13 years of restaurant management experience
  • Bring a genuine passion for hospitality and people-first leadership
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Hold (or are willing to obtain) ServSafe Food and Alcohol Certifications training provided if needed
