Our client is seeking a results-driven engineering professional to take ownership of key facility projects from concept to completion. This role blends technical expertise with leadership, giving you full responsibility for installation, plant upgrades, and environmental compliance across a modern manufacturing operation.

What Youll Do

• Lead the design and execution of installation projects and equipment modifications throughout the facility.
• Manage engineering work for utilities, physical plant systems, and grounds improvements.
• Serve as the primary contact for all environmental matters, ensuring full compliance with EPA and DEP regulations.
• Plan, budget, and oversee complex capital projects from feasibility studies to final completion.
• Develop bid specifications, evaluate proposals, and negotiate contracts with vendors and contractors.
• Collaborate across departments to provide engineering support that enhances productivity and operational reliability.
• Conduct environmental testing, reporting, and audits to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Partner with senior leadership on process improvements and technology initiatives.
• Coordinate with contractors and regulatory agencies while maintaining project quality, safety, and timelines.
• Perform other related duties as assigned, including occasional local or international travel.
