Duration : 4 months with possible extensions

Requirements (Must-Have) :

  • Must be available to work 100% onsite in Jupiter West, FL .
  • Experience in both UX research and UX design .
  • Strong experience using Figma .

Preferred :

  • Exposure to AI-related use cases such as classification, reinforcement learning, and large language models (LLMs).

    • Responsibilities :

  • Conduct complex operational analyses to support decision-making.
  • Lead medium to large project teams .
  • Review and approve findings for presentation to senior management.
  • Perform statistical analyses as part of research work.
  • Direct, mentor, and coach junior analysts.
  • Collaborate with product leaders, stakeholders, and end-users to conduct research, define requirements, design solutions, and hand off to development teams.
  • pply and extend an existing design system using Figma .
