We are seeking a motivated and experienced Collections and Accounts Receivable Manager to lead our credit and collections operations in Fort Worth, TX. This role is responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable process, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in financial management, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to improve collection efficiency and reduce delinquency rates. Key responsibilities include managing a team of collectors, analyzing aging reports, resolving payment disputes, and implementing best practices for credit risk management. Experience with ERP systems and a strong understanding of accounting principles are essential. Requirements :

• Must have 8+ years of Accounts Receivable manager or supervisor experience
• Must have 10+ years of experience in Collections and Accounts Receivable
• Credit investigation, D&B and financial statement analysis experience is required
• Bachelor’s Degree Required in accounting, finance or related field is required

Hours : Monday-Friday, 8 : 00 AM-5 : 00 PM

Benefits :

Compensation : $90k-$115k / year
