Your Role :

As the Clinical Behavioral Health Supervisor, you will guide and inspire a team of LMHP and PLMHP staff, while delivering high-quality mental health services for youth with complex behavioral and emotional needs.

You'll be responsible for :

• Leading, mentoring, and supporting a team of behavioral health professionals.
• Developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans for youth with high-acuity needs.
• Providing direct therapy and crisis intervention for youth facing behavioral, substance use, and mental health challenges.
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to provide whole-person, trauma-informed care.
• Serving as an on-call resource, ensuring 24 / 7 access to mental health support.

Requirements / Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications :

Behavioral Health Practitioner Supervisor I : Nebraska License as a Mental Health Practitioner.

Behavioral Health Practitioner Supervisor II : Nebraska License as a Mental Health Practitioner and Alcohol and Drug Counselor.

Preferred Qualifications :

Legal Requirements : Licensure requirements for all levels pursuant to Nebraska State Statutes 38-2122, 38-2124, and 38-316.
