What You’ll Do As a Promotional Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the face of campaigns at live events and activations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Represent nonprofit and ethical brand campaigns at live events and promotional activations Engage the public, answer questions, and share information about campaigns and initiatives Assist with event setup, logistics, registration, and promotional material distribution Collaborate with outreach and marketing teams to ensure seamless event execution Collect feedback, track interactions, and provide actionable suggestions Resolve on-site challenges with professionalism and a solution-focused approach Deliver friendly, enthusiastic, and professional customer service in every interaction Who We’re Looking For We’re looking for motivated individuals with energy, empathy, and strong communication skills.
