HVAC Technician I

Job Summary

This position reports directly to the Facilities Manager and is responsible for preventative maintenance and corrective repair of HVAC equipment. The HVAC Technician completes their duties in compliance with the company policy, laws and rules and guidelines administered by the appropriate regulatory bodies in said state.

Essential Job Functions

• Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency, and preventive maintenance. Completes maintenance and repairs, records as required.
• Reviews assigned work orders. Estimates time and materials needed to complete repair.
• Perform daily inspections of HVAC units
• Maintain adequate knowledge of and comply with OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Responsible for preventative maintenance and corrective repair of HVAC roof top units (RTU's).
