Job Summary

The Data Visualization Engineer supports T3is Integrated Analytics effort by designing, developing, and executing data pipelines, predictive models, and visualization products that inform leadership decision?making. Visualization engineers serve as the technical backbone of the team, integrating operational, training, and human performance data into actionable insights. This role focuses on building and maintaining dashboards in Power BI, with a strong preference for experience using Palantir Foundry and / or Envision.

Primary Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards that visualize KPIs related to student performance, training timelines, attrition risk, human performance, and readiness
• Translate operational requirements into data visuals that are intuitive, tailored to role, and optimized for real?time use
• Perform data cleaning, merging, quality checks, and transformations across multiple source systems
• Participate in field and in?garrison data collection efforts and ensure continuous syncing of new data into dashboards
• Support ad?hoc reporting requests and provide analytic insight into trends, risks, and actionable factors
• Document dashboard logic, data dictionaries, and usage guidance to ensure transparency and reproducibility
• Coordinate with Senior Data Engineer and PM to ensure dashboards align with strategic priorities and leadership needs
