Key Responsibilities
Own and grow client relationships post-initial sale, leading renewals, upsells, and cross-sell activity
Drive strategic account execution, identifying whitespace opportunities and expanding product adoption
Deliver a best-in-class client experience by managing inquiries and providing product training
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of post-graduate professional experience in account management or related roles
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
Previous experience with hedge funds, private equity, or private credit clients is preferred
Demonstrated track record of driving renewals, upsells, and cross-sell initiatives
