Required Skills & Qualifications

• Applicants must be able to work directly on W2
• 4-7 years of experience in Transformation Delivery Method for SFDC
• 4-7 years of experience in Salesforce Administration and Functional Design
• Experience in leading and mentoring Salesforce development teams
• Strong understanding of technical architecture and integration frameworks
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies
• Lead and mentor Salesforce development teams and consultants
• Design technical architecture and integration frameworks
• Collaborate with business and project stakeholders to gather and translate requirements
• Oversee development, testing, and deployment of Salesforce solution.
