Descripción del trabajoPrepare and review complex federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and trusts Conduct tax research and stay current on tax law changes and IRS regulations Assist in managing client relationships and proactively communicate with clients on tax matters Mentor and review work of junior staff and interns Identify tax planning opportunities and provide strategic advice to clients Collaborate with other departments on tax-related matters (e.g., audit support, advisory projects) Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements and best practices Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s in Taxation a plus) CPA license or progress toward CPA certification required 3+ years of recent public accounting or corporate tax experience Proficient in tax preparation software (e.g., CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx, UltraTax) and Microsoft Office Suite Strong technical knowledge of U.S. federal and state tax laws Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Paternity / Maternity Leave Discretionary Bonus based on performance 100% paid health insurance for the individual 401K Dental Vision Long term disability Short term disability Gym reimbursement 10% commission on new business brought in

Job Title : Tax Senior or Supervisor
Location : Orlando, FL
Salary : Up to $180K Base DOE
Type : Full-Time

We are a leading Mid Size Public Accounting Firm in Orlando that is dedicated to delivering exceptional client service and fostering professional growth. With a strong reputation for integrity, innovation, and quality, we serve a diverse client base across a variety of industries including Real Estate / Construction, Healthcare, Restaurant & Hospitality, Manufacturing, Schools, Non-Profit and Retail.
We are seeking a Senior Tax Associate with strong technical expertise and client-facing experience to join our growing tax team. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality tax services and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
