Data Center Operations Maintenance Planner - Atlanta
We are looking for a seasoned planner to manage preventive and corrective maintenance for critical data center infrastructure in our Atlanta office. The role requires collaboration with Facilities Operations and approved vendors, ensuring compliance with company policies, OSHA, and state regulations while maintaining reliable operations and safety standards.
Base pay range : $70,000.00 / yr – $70,000.00 / yr
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for all critical infrastructure systems.
- Ensure compliance with maintenance policies, OSHA standards, and state / county regulations.
- Collaborate with Facilities Operations to align maintenance activities with operational priorities.
- Maintain accurate documentation within the CMMS, including work orders, asset data, and vendor records.
- Monitor maintenance budgets, support cost analysis, and identify efficiency opportunities.
- Verify vendor authorization and compliance with safety and orientation requirements.
- Enforce company safety and operational standards, addressing non-compliant vendor behavior as needed.
- Assist with audits, inspections, and regulatory reporting.
- Support continuous improvement, workflow optimization, and predictive maintenance initiatives.
What You'll Bring
5+ years of experience in data center, utilities, industrial maintenance, or critical facilities environments.Strong working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, UPS, and generator systems.Associate's or Bachelor's degree in management, technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).Ability to interpret technical documentation, maintenance procedures, and system schematics.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordination with vendors and internal teams.High attention to detail with proven documentation and compliance accuracy.Proactive problem-solving mindset and strong organizational skills.Commitment to safety and operational excellence.Benefits
