Robert Half HR Solutions is sourcing for a contract technology recruiter who has 5+ years of technology recruiting experience. This skilled Technical Recruiter will have a strong background in technical recruiting to support our client for approximately 5-6 months in duration. This position involves sourcing and hiring top-tier talent for mid- to senior-level technical roles, while managing multiple requisitions simultaneously. The organization is based in Atlanta, Georgia, and offers the flexibility of remote work during core business hours. Preference will be given to candidates who have previously utilized ADP as a recruiting / ATS tool.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Source and engage candidates with relevant experience for technical positions such as software engineers, systems architects, DevOps engineers, data engineers, and project managers.
- Handle a portfolio of 10 or more technical requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems to organize and manage candidate pipelines effectively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and attract top technical talent.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience by providing timely updates and clear communication throughout the hiring process.
- Collaborate with team members to improve recruitment strategies and achieve hiring goals.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and employment regulations during the hiring process.
- At least 5 years of experience in recruiting mid- to senior-level technical roles.
- Proven ability to manage 10 or more technical requisitions simultaneously.
- Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong background in high-volume and corporate recruitment.
- Experience working remotely and availability during core business hours.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of technical roles and skills required for positions such as software engineers and DevOps professionals.
- Familiarity with market trends in technical recruitment.
