Crunch Fitness is seeking dedicated and career-minded Personal Trainers to join our team and become part of a premier organization.

Compensation and Benefits :

  • At Crunch Fitness, we offer a competitive compensation plan, earning between $55 and $120 per hour.
  • Our commission-based compensation plan allows you to directly impact your earnings potential.
  • We maintain the largest client volume in the area, allowing for a six-figure earning potential.
  • We have the highest membership volume per trainer of any club in the area.
  • Additionally, we provide free education through an industry-leading onboarding process, exciting team environments, promotional opportunities within our rapidly growing company, free Crunch Fitness membership, and a vibrant wellness-focused culture.

    Scope of Work :

  • As a Crunch Fitness Personal Trainer, you'll inspire lasting lifestyle changes for our members.
  • You'll motivate clients through challenging workouts while educating them on nutrition and recovery.
  • Your coaching will empower them to overcome obstacles and achieve their fitness goals.
  • Our trainers play a crucial role in helping members achieve breakthroughs and maintain accountability, fostering meaningful relationships that drive exceptional outcomes.

    • Requirements :

  • CPR Certified
  • Nationally recognized personal training certification
