Remote Inpatient Care Management RN

A company is looking for an Inpatient Care Management RN - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Perform initial and concurrent review of inpatient cases using evidence-based criteria

Collaborate with healthcare professionals and Medical Directors for utilization management

Facilitate timely care and effective discharge planning while maintaining compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

Active, unrestricted RN license in state of residence

3+ years of clinical nursing experience in acute or long-term care settings

Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Suite and clinical platforms

Designated workspace with secure high-speed internet access

Availability to work Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm within specified time zone
