License : Current / valid state Physical Therapist licensure is required.

Certifications : BLS - American Heart Association

Must-Have : Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school is required.

Description :

Assesses and evaluates patient care needs related to functional status / mobility, endurance / stamina, pain, and other medical conditions.

Based on this assessment and evaluation, develops a treatment plan, performs interventions aimed at improving and enhancing the patient's well-being, and evaluates the patient's progress.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

The requirements list must be representative of the knowledge, skills, minimum education, training, licensure, experience, and / or ability required.

Being a team player who can handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment is important.

Preferred experience includes one (1) year in ultrasound.

Preferred education includes a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.

Preferred certifications include Advanced Care Life Support (ACLS) endorsed by the American Heart Association.
