Responsibilities Work in a Cardiac Cath Lab with 13 beds on a hospital's 2nd floor Join a team of RNs and CVTs in a unit staffed by 30 personnel Patient ratios are 1 nurse to 3 patients Cases include LHC, RHC, peripherals, structural heart, and EP procedures Work schedule is four days a week from 7 : 00 AM to 5 : 30 PM or until all cases are completed On-call coverage required during the week, every other weekend, and on major holidays Uses Phillips and GE equipment Documentation is completed using Meditech and Mac Lab systems Responsible for providing specialized care for cardiac cath lab procedures Scrubs are provided by the institution Must cover call as needed during the week, every other weekend, and on major holidays Requirements Active FL or compact RN license required Minimum 1 year of recent Cardiac Cath Lab RN experience Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Must have experience with typical cath lab procedures Ability to function independently in a fast-paced environment U.S. Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration No gaps in work history eighty-nine days or longer in the past twelve months Benefits High Pay and Bonuses Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance with Day 1 Options 401(k) Plan Weekly Payroll Deposit Free Online CEUs Generous Housing Allowance Travel and Licensure Reimbursements Non-taxed Per Diem and Subsidy Traveler Rewards and Discounts American Traveler Job ID P-631629.
