Pharmacy Performance Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Aetna Pharmacy Performance & Profitability Management.

Key Responsibilities

Support enterprise-wide initiatives by assessing their impact on Aetna and providing data-driven insights

Leverage various data sources for adhoc analysis and execute financial process improvements

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track and communicate pharmacy and Medical Rx financial performance

Required Qualifications

3+ years of relevant experience in finance or data-driven roles within the pharmacy or health insurance industry

Proficient with Microsoft Office products, especially Excel

Experience with large and detailed data sets

Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate with experts from other teams

Creative thinking to use multiple data sources for business strategy development
