What We Are Looking For

• Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Assist fabricators with the preparation and assembly of materials for fabrication projects.
• Operate machinery and equipment under supervision to cut, bend, and shape materials according to specifications.
• Assist in welding as directed by experienced fabricators.
• Perform MIG welding of components and assemblies.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency in fabrication operations.
• Perform paint prep and paint when required.
• Minimum of 5 years MIG welding and general fabrication experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices.
• Basic understanding of fabrication processes and techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
• High school diploma or GED required
• Additional vocational training or certification in welding.
• Must maintain regular, punctual attendance to meet productivity standards.
• Possess or be able to obtain a forklift certification upon hire.
• Valid Drivers license
