Descripción del trabajoA fixed payment of $130 per in-home screening. Reimbursement for mileage and no-shows. All screenings take approximately 1 hour, and this position does not require prescribing. Malpractice coverage, paid training, scheduling, and an electronic medical records (EMR) system will be provided. Active Nurse Practitioner state license. Active Nurse Practitioner Board Certification. Valid state driver license and automobile insurance. Knowledge of clinical standards of care. Ability to pass a background and credentialing screening. COVID vaccination is not required.

Are you looking for a flexible work schedule and an excellent opportunity to earn supplemental income? We are seeking Nurse Practitioners to perform Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) in patients' homes.
In this role, you will :
- Conduct comprehensive in-home health risk assessments to identify active and chronic disease conditions.
- Evaluate patients' physical, mental, and social needs during the visit.
- Obtain vital signs, measure BMI, review pharmacological therapy, and perform physical examinations.
- Educate and counsel patients and families based on identified conditions during assessments.
This is a part-time and flexible position where you can set your own hours, with a minimum availability of 8-10 hours per week (visits can be scheduled 7 days a week).
