Volt is immediately hiring a Die Cast Operator in Sun Valley, California 91352

In This Role, your responsibilities will be for as follows

Responsibilities :

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Initiates change in casting cycle times, lubrication of dies, preheating of dies, and / or process parameters to ensure the quality of the castings produced.
• Needed repair and / or modification of equipment to ensure availability to meet production requirements.
• Measures to improve processing methods, equipment performance, and quality of product within the casting departments.
• Evaluates casting processes by applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials
• Assures product and process quality by designing testing methods; testing finished- product and process capabilities; establishing standards; confirming manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

This is a FULLY ONSITE position; must be able to report onsite daily.

Shift :                 1st Shift (7 : 00 am - 3 : 30 pm)

Pay Range :       $18.00 / hr.- $25.00 / hr.
