As a Superintendent with Ledcor, you'll oversee daily field operations on large-scale fiber-to-the-home deployment projects. You'll be responsible for developing project plans, monitoring performance, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and to quality standards. Essential Responsibilities :

• Ensure projects meet approved plans, specifications, and building codes
• Lead the development of Project Quality Plans and Safety Programs, and oversee incident investigations
• Review and update construction schedules, address delays, and contribute to project schedules
• Estimate activity durations and materials for complex projects
• Working knowledge of reporting and tracking of financial aspects of the project
• Participate in subcontractor and supplier selection, procurement, and negotiations
• Set priorities and allocate resources as needed for the entire field team
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project staff and Superintendents
