Location : Las Vegas, NV (100% Onsite)

About the Role :

We are seeking an IT Data Center Operations Analyst to support live production data center environments. This role focuses on floor space management, rack infrastructure coordination, hardware installation, DCIM tools, inventory ownership, and operational reporting.

This is a hands-on role requiring experience in a live production data center environment.

Key Accountabilities

• Perform periodic inspections of assigned data centers to ensure policy compliance
• Manage floor space allocation and rack infrastructure build-outs
• Support hardware installations, decommissions, and moves (IMAC activities)
• Generate and communicate Data Center operational metrics
• Manage data center inventory and asset tracking
• Communicate data center standards, policies, and processes across teams
• Coordinate with cross-functional IT teams and vendors for capacity planning and scalability
