Group currently has 12 family medicine physicians, 4 Nurse Practitioners, and 7 Physician Assistants in 4 locations in the Eugene, Oregon suburbs. Due to community growth and demand, the group is adding an additional Family Medicine physician.

The position offers a salary based upon MGMA guidelines, an incentive plan, a benefits package, and a 2-year partnership track. Shareholders making between $300,000 and $500,000+ per year.
