Facility will consider between 75 to 100 miles on a case-by-case basis. Rate will be the same. Minimum 2 Manager or Charge References within the past 2 years Certifications should be listed on application at time of submittal BLS, ACLS, PALS Certifications must be via American Heart Association, if the Certification is required by the unit.
