FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers | Lake Forest, CA
Full-Time or Part-Time | No Weekends

$90,000-$100,000 base salary (full-time equivalent) + performance bonus

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers - Lake Forest is growing and looking for a motivated Physical Therapist to join our team.

This role offers the opportunity to deliver high-quality, clinician-driven care with the support of a nationally recognized brand-without weekend hours or productivity pressure.

What You'll Do
  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
  • Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy services
  • Treat orthopedic, balance, and vestibular conditions
  • Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent patient outcomes
What We're Looking For
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in California (or in final stages of licensure)
  • Open to full-time or part-time work
  • Vestibular training or experience is a strong plus
  • Orthopedic outpatient experience is a plus
  • Self-motivated clinician committed to quality patient care
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
