Lead Cook

We are looking for creative and self-motivated cooks and line cooks for a neighborhood French bistro / cafe located in Park Slope, Brooklyn. Be a part of a supportive and dynamic team in a friendly and stable work environment where creativity is encouraged!

Requirements :

• Minimum 2 years of experience
• Knowledge French Cuisine plus
• Great work ethic and reliability with a passion for delivering a high quality dishes
• Extremely clean and organized
• Punctual and reliable
• Team player
• Able to handle high volume and stay calm under pressure
• NYC Food Protection Certification
• Creative and able to improve and build on existing menu
• Knowledge of French cuisine is a plus but not a requirement
