Position Overview :

The Franchise Business Coach position requires very strong communication skills, the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, be technically proficient to guide them on the day-to-day operations of an office, the ability to effectively train the franchisees on various topics, support the franchisees in understanding various sales and financial tools, and be the communication and coordination hub between the home office and franchisees. Ultimately, the Franchise Business Coach is to support the franchisees by providing brand awareness, training, and systems that encourage our franchisees and their associates to realize their profit potential in an ethical and respectable manner.
