Job Title : Human Resource Recruiter - Call Center (Retention-Focused)

Location : Erie, PA

Job Type : Full-Time | [On-site / After 90 days Hybrid]

We're looking for a strategic and people-focused HR Recruiter who not only hires top talent but also plays a key role in improving employee retention.

Job Summary : The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, hiring, and onboarding candidates for call center roles with a strong emphasis on long-term fit and retention. This role involves partnering with leadership to understand turnover trends, refining recruitment strategies, and creating a hiring experience that supports employee engagement from day one.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aimed at reducing turnover
  • Source candidates who align with company values and long-term goals
  • Conduct behavioral interviews to assess retention potential
  • Collaborate with training and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding
  • Track and analyze retention metrics to improve hiring outcomes
  • Maintain strong candidate relationships throughout the hiring process
  • Promote internal mobility and career pathing during recruitment
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and feedback loops

Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a call center or related environment.
  • Strong understanding of employee retention strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with ATS and HR analytics tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Ability to understand and identify applicant experience to maximize workforce potential
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field (preferred)
