Job Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements, design, and implement solutions using the employer's application suite
  • Integrate the application suite with third-party software interfaces
  • Develop and maintain project documentation and standard operating procedures
  • Lead or assist in training sessions with customers and provide implementation support
  • Act as a liaison between the employer, customers, third-party vendors, and industry consultants

    • Qualifications

  • College diploma or university degree in a related technical field (e.g., Electrical or Computer Engineering, Computer Science)
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with enterprise database software (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle)
  • Comfortable working in both Linux and Windows environments
  • Ability to travel in North America up to 30% of the time
  • Strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in software implementation
  • Strong working knowledge of object-oriented design (C / C++ or Java)
  • Previous experience in training customers and writing technical documents
  • Experience in the utilities industry is an asset
