Estimating Lead

A company is looking for an Estimating Lead for Data Centers.

Key Responsibilities

Assign estimating team members to projects and set expectations for turnaround time and quality

Collaborate with construction project managers and design teams to deliver baseline and localized estimates

Develop cost models for various project types and maintain an up-to-date internal cost database

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent experience

10 years of experience in construction estimating

10 years of experience in construction across various sectors including semiconductor and data centers

7 years of experience as an estimating lead
