Knowledge and skills required for the position are :

• Minimum 2years experience supervising and / or managing a branch
• Ability to lead, manage and motivate the branch team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
• Set performance objectives, conduct regular staff evaluations and implement training and development initiatives.
• Promote a customer-centric culture and maintain high levels of employee engagement.
• Manage opening / closing procedures, and inventory or transaction control.
• Ensure the branch operates in compliance with company policies procedures and relevant regulations.
• Manage schedules staffing and workflow to maintain service standards.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure the delivery of excellent customer service across all branch interactions.
• Conduct customer feedback sessions and follow-up to improve service quality.
• Analyze performance data and recommend improvements to increase productivity and profitability.
• Report key insights and challenges to senior management.
