Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling appointments and managing conference room logistics
Maintain training and event supplies, coordinate service requests, and prepare outgoing correspondence
Support internal events and special administrative projects as needed
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
3+ years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
Ability to pass DHS background study
Experience in sourcing vendors for special projects is preferred
