A company is looking for a Claims Supervisor - Auto PD.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise a liability claims team to ensure high-quality service delivery

Promote best practices and guide the team in handling claims efficiently

Manage workloads, define team goals, and drive talent development through hiring and training

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma

Minimum of 10 years related claims experience

Appropriately licensed and / or certified in all states where claims are handled

Knowledge of all team member-related functions

5+ years of prior leadership experience in a claims environment
