Junior Bookkeeper

Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking a Junior Bookkeeper to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $45,000 to $50,000 per year.

Responsibilities :

Record day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.

Reconcile bank accounts to maintain accurate financial records.

Prepare basic financial reports, such as balance sheets and income statements.

Process accounts payable and receivable transactions in a timely and accurate manner.

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable, including processing invoices and payment

Contribute to the overall accounting function with additional duties as assigned. Qualifications :

HS Diploma require, AS / BS degree preferred in accounting, finance or related filed

Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and accounting software's

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Experience :

Experience in reconciling bank statements and managing ledgers.

Exposure to handling accounts payable and receivable.

Familiarity with preparing financial reports and statements. REF #49072
