A company is looking for an IT Business Analyst to support Warehouse Management System implementations.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as the primary liaison between client IT teams and business stakeholders, managing expectations and escalating issues appropriately
Understand, document, and triage system issues; develop resolution plans aligned with WMS platform standards
Manage client relationships under pressure, maintaining professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach
Required Qualifications :
2+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Technical Analyst role
Demonstrated ability to perform under high-pressure, time-sensitive conditions while remaining goal-focused
Hands-on, self-directed work style with a bias toward execution over theory
Familiarity with both IT concepts and business operations (dual fluency preferred)
Pacific timezone availability required
