Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with business goals
Initiate and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, driving joint solution development
Lead partner negotiations and coordinate technical onboarding for new partners
Required Qualifications
3+ years in partnerships, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in cloud computing, AI / ML, or open-source software
Strong understanding of database & search technology and AI / ML ecosystems
Proven success in identifying, negotiating, and scaling strategic partnerships
Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environment
