Descripción del trabajoPrior Leadership Experience Public Accounting Foundation Preferred Knowledge of Yardi Required Mastery of GAAP accounting Experience with advanced ERP accounting software Strong analytical skills, strong Excel skills, and attention to detail required. A high degree of initiative and flexibility is required to successfully accommodate deadlines Ability to maintain data integrity and accuracy, and use data to identify and solve problems. A degree in accounting or a related field is preferred Minimum 4-6 years of experience in accounting roles, with experience in managing staff required . Public Accounting Background Preferred Proficient Excel skills are required Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
