About the Role : This role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing critical building systems, including HVAC, BMS, DI water, boilers, and chillers, to support high-performance facility operations. You'll lead preventive and emergency maintenance efforts, ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards, and collaborate across teams to support production and utility systems in a dynamic, technical environment.

Work Schedule :

• Day Shift : 2 consecutive weeks
• Hours : 6 : 00 AM 6 : 00 PM
• Days : 4 days per week
• Relief Week : 1 week
• Flexible coverage based on team PTO
• Operator selects preferred working hours
• Night Shift : 2 consecutive weeks
• Hours : 6 : 00 PM 6 : 00 AM
• Days : 4 shifts per week

This rotating schedule provides built-in coverage and allows for extended breaks between cycles.
