Bilingual Account Manager

A company is looking for an Account Manager, Bilingual (English / Spanish).

Key Responsibilities

Act as the liaison between clients / brokers and company executives, managing client relationships and benefit plans

Implement and manage new client implementations, conduct quarterly meetings to review plan performance, and ensure client satisfaction

Prepare and host presentations and training sessions, while troubleshooting and improving internal processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

2-4 years of Account Manager experience required

Must be bilingual in English and Spanish

Experience with Group Health Insurance and Self-Funded Plans preferred

Life and Health Insurance Producers license preferred
