Key Responsibilities
Manage the full employee lifecycle for team members across the Americas
Act as a trusted advisor for GTM leaders and support culture engagement initiatives
Analyze HR metrics and trends to create actionable insights and support headcount planning
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
8+ years of hands-on HR experience, ideally in tech
Proven experience supporting GTM, Sales, or Marketing organizations
Strong business understanding to connect people's strategy to company objectives
Experience in startups or global organizations is a plus
