Descripción del trabajoCompetitive wage : $16.00-$18.00 per hour Same-day or next-day pay with Tapcheck Monthly bonus program that include monetary incentive; Automatic payroll and reimbursement deposits providing immediate access to funds (paid weekly); Double-time pay during the major U.S. Holidays; Paid initial and quarterly training; 401K with up to 4% employer match after 1 year of service; Paid Time Off Program for all employees (1 of PTO for every 40 hours worked after 90 days that accrues immediately at hire) Long-Term Employee recognition program (including financial bonuses); Client and Caregiver Referral Cash Bonuses; AAA membership at a significantly reduced rate with employer contribution; Paid mileage for transporting clients when your vehicle is used for client's needs; Additional mileage reimbursement if asked to drive more than a 20-mile radius from your home; A great opportunity to help others and feel valued for your services; Provide PPE Equipment to all employees Are passionate and want to help others; Commitment to being there when needed; Place a priority on quality care and treat every client as if they were their own family; A desire to learn and improve. Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation At least six months of caring for another adult or professional experience as a caregiver / home health aide preferred but not required. CNA / MA welcomed but not required Prior experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care environment preferred but not required. Open availability (be able to work various shifts, nights or weekends) Team player who values friends and family Must be able to pass a national background check Hospitality experience & other healthcare field experience are welcome

Who We Are
Comfort Keepers of Racine WI and the surrounding is looking for passionate, reliable, honest, caring individuals who enjoy spending time with our clients. Our clients are usually seniors or individuals that want to live an independent quality of life within their own homes. The Caregiver will assist our clients with their personal needs (bathing, oral care, dressing, meal preparation, feeding, transfers, etc.) as well as some light housework (laundry, vacuuming, dusting, etc.) and incidental transportation. Comfort Keepers delivers high-quality services and are looking for dedicated individuals who understand the value of this occupation and are desirous of joining a winning team.
This position is an excellent opportunity for people who are seeking supplementary income, but it is also great for those who are looking for full-time employment.
