PROJECT EXECUTIVE – METAIRIE, LOUISIANA (Industrial Projects)
Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. Delta has been retained by a confidential client to conduct a search for a Project Executive based in Metairie, Louisiana, supporting large-scale industrial projects.
Compensation & Benefits
Total compensation for the Project Executive in Metairie, LA is $150,000–$180,000.

Duties & Responsibilities
Serve as the senior, client-facing leader for industrial projects in the Metairie market.
Develop, maintain, and grow client relationships to expand project opportunities.
Partner with clients on preconstruction, design, permitting, and development.
Provide executive oversight to multiple Project Managers and project teams.
Lead schedule development, risk management, and execution across concurrent projects.
Ensure accurate contract billing and schedule of values tracking.
Oversee measurement and billing of completed work; manage changes and redlines.
Enforce safety standards and quality control across all projects.
Give final approval on subcontractor selections and project schedules.
Review and approve vendor invoices; support project financial health and forecasting.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in industrial electrical contracting.
Prior senior-level leadership or operations/executive management experience.
Experience managing large industrial contracts.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop project management teams.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and written/verbal communication skills.
Preferred but Not Required
Journeyman License or related degree
