Position Summary :

The Enterprise Coding Specialist is responsible for accurately assigning diagnosis and procedure codes, validating charges, and ensuring compliance with coding and reimbursement regulations. This role requires expertise in mental health, substance use, and primary care coding, as well as strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate effectively with providers and leadership.

Compensation & Benefits :

The posted range represents the full hiring range. Offers will not exceed this range, the majority of candidates are placed near the midpoint based on experience and qualifications.

Work Location : This is a hybrid opportunity open to folks residing in the Greater Denver Metro area.

Shift / Hours : This is a Monday-Friday opportunity observing standard business hours.

Physical Requirements : Requires sitting, standing, bending and reaching. May require lifting up to 30 pounds. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines such as computers, fax machines, the telephone and other office and / or clinical equipment.
